Exactly. I don't know why "met" is funnier than "saw," but it is.

Both episodes so far have had killer ending lines.
The feminist bookstore sketch fell flat for me, but I'm not sick of those characters yet.
It also appears Quarles has a son. That could prove to be an interesting dynamic to his character.
So, Boyd assaulted Raylan to get into prison with Dickie, right?
Fred and Carrie always nail it when they play stuffy, upper-class suburbanites.
Best part of the episode not mentioned in the review: the fake Pearl Jam music during the tattoo sketch. Spot-on.
I bet Lisa listens to them.
Nope, it's Sleater-Kinney Rd. in Olympia.
I don't care if this ends up sucking, the fact that someone from Sleater-Kinney is going to be on The Simpsons makes me extremely giddy.
Was that Carrie actually singing the camp song? If so, that was pretty impressive, and she has more range than I thought.
I really enjoyed it. The setpieces were gorgeous, and as other people have mentioned, the scenes of Melies making his movies were amazing. I think my only complaint was that the script felt a little clunky in places (especially when it came to the kids), but otherwise it was great.
I sided with him when he was talking about the fact that they were too busy trying to guess the password to bother actually trying to work better. I mean, obviously his method was ridiculous, but he had a point.
I got a real Men In Black vibe from the scene where Laybourne is explaining everything to Troy, and I loved it.
"His name is written on his hat in case he gets lost."
Pretty much agree with the write-up. Leslie's story: B- or C+. Everything else: A
30 Rock is way more rapid-fire with the jokes than Family Guy, and theirs are actually funny.
Favorite line: "I never should have sent that kid to Hogwarts."
I laughed way too hard at April turning Jerry's smiley face to a frowny face.
I think you may be right. Either way, I love this show so much.
