Any chance we saw Drew Thompson at the swinger's party?  I don't think he's one of the guys threatening Boyd; they don't seem to have the 'lay low' attitude necessary to stay underground this long.  Perhaps, though, that guy that Ava was chatting up downstairs and who started to come to her rescue upstairs before Boyd…

Not a bad theory.  I think at that point, though, Drew is fleeing from Panama and Theo Tonin, and needs to fake his death. I think just because she was acting so shady at Shelby's office when Raylan was asking her why she was stalling the deal on her own.  That's what tipped him and Shelby off to her probably being so shifty.  At least, that's the vibe I got.
