That's what she said of course. And also, any idea how to change the profile picture on the AV Club account? I managed to change it on the Disqus one. I feel like maybe they should all have the same image, but that'll probably make things more confusing anyway.

Huh. I just realized that you log into the AV Club AND Disqus separately. The effect is functionally identical, but the log-in systems are separate for some reason. Apparently, I have three separate "The Alexing" profiles between them. This is not confusing in the least.

Good point, I forgot about that.

I like how he's back to being season 1 Chang, a dick, yes, but basically a competent but unhinged adult, rather than the man-child goblin dictator he became after season 1.

That was always one of my least favorite episodes (tragically scheduled between Contemporary American Poultry and Modern Warfare, making it easily one of the most forgettable of the series), but this call-back elevated that whole episode for me.

I also like the puppet episode. I dunno if it just resonates with certain people. I remember waking up extra early as a kid to watch Fraggle Rock, and I think that episode tapped into some long-forgotten love of felt puppetry.

What do you mean IF Dan Harmon made rape jokes?

Yes, probably several, but not necessarily via the letter u. The German short o sound is very close.

And let me just add that I don't "hate" season 4. At worst, it's boring, but it's rarely terrible (even the finale, which, upon rewatching it, was not as bad as I remembered, just really really dull).

Yeah, but no one ever said "This is my favorite episode of the series!" of any season 4 episode. A lot of people really love this one or really hate it. With season 4, people argued about whether such and such episode was the worse thing ever or if it was pretty good "for a season 4 episode." That's a different kind

I was really impressed by the commitment to the genre in this episode. It looked beautiful from start to finish. Very well done. That being said, I don't think it was as funny as it could have been. Nice gags here and there, but it didn't make me laugh too much. I still found it very enjoyable to watch though, and I

I liked Chevy in the earlier episodes, but he generally got less funny as the show progressed. Also, how many jokes did his bad line-readings kill? Not blaming that entirely on him though. How could anyone have Chevy Chase say "beyotch" and expect a laugh?

I'm laughing at the idea of an "earned" Cage breakdown. Like, one that makes you nod your head and go, "Yeah, this batshit crazy freakout organically follows what happened previously."

I was cooking during that joke. Was it clearly a jab at season 4? I interpreted as a kind of a play on words. Like, someone said something along the lines of "the year of the gas leak" which makes you think it was a normal year apart from a single gas leak, but Abed's line reveals that it was an entire year of a gas

This was so fantastic! I laughed. I laughed very hard and quite frequently.

I remember feeling exactly the same way about the N64 when it came out. Everything looked ugly, but everyone I knew went apeshit for it.

I was friends with a rich kid whose family owned a big screen TV, and I'd go over and we'd play Dragon Warrior. Seeing it on that scale at an impressionable age, I think it sparked a life-long affair in me with the DW/DQ series.

Hm, I have to get my micropenis (facts) straight.

David Chen has a micropenis.

Dogville was definitely RUFF!
