You're telling me that Purple Haze said something?

I can't tell if SarCCastro is being sarcastic.

Chucktown can only handle one comedy series per lifetime. Arrested Development is it I guess.

I surprised so many people disliked season 5. The Michael Scott Paper Company arc was fantastic, I thought.

Have they explained the vampire hierarchy on the show? I thought the Queen outranked the Magistrate, but apparently not. I'm confused.

Titties! Vampire fuckin'!
"Could Jason's disinterest in meaningless, aerobic sex be a commentary on True Blood easing off on its T&A quotient for the third season?"

God, that novelty song sketch is all kinds of genius. I think it probably made me laugh the hardest of all the Mr. Show sketches when I first watched it.

"How about some more lists of celebrity combos for the human centipede…"

Ah well… :/

Agreed. And you beat me to the comment premise, too.

I'm gonna go ahead and reverse this…
And talk about a movie whose third act either destroys it or makes it genius (I'm not entirely sure, really): Minority Report.

They forgot Memento. Get it?

Nonsense. Piscopo has a few funny lines in that movie.

"His emotions suggest he's mischievous, irreverent, and somewhat brazen. The word that seems to best describe him is 'rogue'."

No cameltoes in the future? That's like some fucked up Twilight Zone shit.

Sure, but "a few scattered laughs" is all anyone really expects from cool adventure sci-fi anyway, so I don't see what the problem is. Comedy isn't the main draw.

"I think a lot of it has to do with Star Trek's prevailing earnestness. Star Trek's sensibility is decidedly not postmodern nor ironic, and when you have characters that are for all intents and purposes perfect, there's not really that much to poke fun at."

"Say goodbye, Data." "Goodbye Data."
Was the Okana episode the one where Data says, "Take my Worf, please!"

Luke: I used to live here, you know.
Han Solo: You're gonna die here, you know. Convenient.

Seriously, I'm kinda craving Hydrox now. I haven't even had them in years.
