I grew up in the Ozarks where hunting was just something you did for sport and meat.  Sure there are a lot of dumbass trophy hunters and 2nd Amendment absolutist who give regular hunters a bad name, but most people out in the deer woods are eating what they shoot, or giving it to food banks.

Hannibal's suit was a bold choice this episode.  I wonder if his suits are from somewhere or bespoke.

Maybe it's the delightful shiraz, but I thought the overall look and pacing was too gauzy and stilted.  Not to mention the soundtrack was off-puttingly loud.

I'm glad someone finally mentioned Brian Cox's Hannibal Lecter.  I know I'm in the minority, but I've always preferred that reading of Hannibal to Hopkins'.

The only thing I liked about this episode was they're disappearing Pierce the same way Sealab 2021 disappeared Captain Murphy.
