You step the fuck off of my bro.
You step the fuck off of my bro.
Is there anyone in The Magicians who isn't an insufferable prick?
Okay, to be fair, I like that they kind of backed off on the damn relationship thing with a couple good lines from Annie about how she just wants people to like her.
I never understood why the thing people took about from Evangelion was "Shinji is a wuss" and not "Gendo is a horrible human being."
A lot of this episode was painful, but DualaDean was fabulous.
An episode revolving around the worst parts of the show: Jeff and Annie relationship drama, and the Inspector Spacetime thing that needed to die the instant it was introduced. Yech.
Leslie would only sneak around dressed like a spy from Mad Magazine.
I loved how the shot with her next to Catelyn showed just how holy shit huge she is.
It would be interesting if her story was changed to in fact coming south to find Bran.
Yeah, her subplot is one of the few that I think the show isn't handling well. In the books, she's dumb and careless but free-spirited enough that you can see how she would be appealing to Tyrion. Here she's just surly and annoying.
Also, she is so bound up in what she's supposed to be that someone failing at playing their role and not seeming to care much has got to be both frightening and galling.
Damn right. But Margaery cracked me up. She was helping!
I was busy going "TOMMEN GOT A LINE!"
Oh you sweet summer child. Shippers are not stopped by anything.
Now I want a Titanic FPS.
There's something disquieting about Atari 2600 games. You're used to games that talk to you and give you friendly directions, and then these just throw you in without a word. You're not sure what these blocky things are supposed to be, there is very little sound, and you are alone.
When I first played Yar's Revenge a few years ago, I had to ask a message board whether that statickey band of colors was supposed to be there.
I don't know if there's any way to make a game about falling into holes fun.
Like http://www.youtube.com/watc… , but with Davos and an iPad.
Amory Lorch is such a fantastic name. Practically Dickensian.
