Yes, I was like "noooo!!"

Admittedly I responded rashly to something about rape. I'm a survivor and he said something really tactless. Now he keeps responding to me even though I told him I'm done, and all with personal attacks. I know people here think "trigger warnings" and the like are silly and stupid, but dealing w/ someone repeatedly

Thank you. I just don't want to keep getting notifications that he's responded to something I've said. It's in a thread about rape, and I know lots of people here thinks trigger warnings are some huge joke or something, but I'm a survivor and I really can't deal w/ someone personally attacking me right now, especially

I gasped too! I'd been trying to convince my boyfriend to watch this show - he doesn't like superhero stuff so it's a tough sell, but he's obsessed w/ The Wire - and then I was like "well, can't tell him Lester Freamon is a regular anymore." :(

Oh, yeah, that's understandable. I liked that at first you're like, "wait is this real or psychosomatic?" and then it becomes clear it's the latter. But a big part of Jimmy's story is that he wanted to be a lawyer to impress his older brother, to get some sort of approval and finally not be seen as a fuckup.

Editing this out but thanks everyone for helping me figure out how to block/flag. <3

Because of his acting or..? He didn't really impress me UNTIL the "big reveal" but I don't want to spoil anything.

SO heartbreaking. I kept going, "just say you love him, damnit!!!"

I think it's a case of both tbh. But yes, one of my favorite elements of last season was how - at the start of the season - I was like "ugh, these children are horrible!" and by the end of it I realized exactly WHY they were the way they were. I love Maura but it is clear that she made some huuuuge parenting mistakes.

That ending didn't even seem that sad to me! We didn't see any dead bodies or anything, although it was implied in the dream sequence or w/e that a lot of people would die. Max and Chloe, riding off into the sunset in her truck :')

Yes, exactly! If he really wanted to go for realism, the Night's Watch would be rife w/ male rape. People would at least feel threatened. An all male group of mostly exiled men, some of whom are actually convicted rapists themselves? The threat of rape could have added something to Jon's narrative and his opinion of

Can I just say that it makes me so happy that so many men seem to be just as enthralled with Life is Strange as I am? I thought people would dismiss it as a game for women but more and more I'm seeing men talk about how much this game affected them.

I loved Chloe way too much. The end of episode 4, when they make that discovery… God, I was sobbing! FUCK. Poor Chloe, hasn't she been through enough? Why did this game continue to punish her WHYYYY

I feel like I can't even properly judge FO4 until the DLC comes out. I like it so far though!

Game of Thrones was so damn dire. I definitely preferred Tales from the Borderlands, but I still cried after my decision for Mira at the end.

I played it recently and Josh was my fave. Hook, line, and sinker for every lil stinker!

My boyfriend is very SoCal and he haaaates it when I say "hella." IDK might be a SoCal vs Norcal thing

I LOVE This War of Mine! So dark. I've done lots of different playthroughs, although I've only made it the whole way a few different times. The most horrible thing is when you go to the Supermarket and you see soldiers talking to a woman, and bringing her into a room in the back to rape her. If you try to open the

She was PERFECT for that role. I love imitating her ridiculous accent.

Yeah, this was around the same time as Trump actually calling Mexicans rapists. Conservatives were like, "oh hey, but how is it any different when Amy says it???" When clearly it was a joke, an old one, and she isn't running for President…
