For me it was a couple things. She interrupted/talked over the other guests a lot and it really disrupted the flow of the conversation. I would totally encourage you to catch up on the first season. It's fast to get through (only 7 episodes total) and fantastically funny throughout. Plus they're already calling back to jokes made in the first season, so if you catch up on that then you'll be able to pick up on those references as season 2 continues.
