When a friend showed me Da Ali G Show for the first time, it blew my mind much in the same way it was blown when a friend told me at 13 to put down my X-Men and read Sandman. I really hope Cohen doesn't go the way of Gervais and become an artist that the commentariat turns on, because before (and during, and after)

Hahaha I knew that would unleash the Butthurt.

This is one of those things that hipster enthusiasm ruined any interest for me in ever listening to it.

Knowing that the 80's deadhead scene was all about heroin and STDs, the ending of F&G always makes me sad.

God, I am so sick of white people complaining about this. Whatever happened to Trayvon?

Didn't Susan Sarandon and her daughter play different versions of the same character in that awful Adam Sandler movie from last year?

I'm looking for a lawn mower, a chainsaw, and a log splitter.

TWO YEARS AGO ON THIS DAY, OUR LIVES CHANGED FOREVER.

Yes, Adventure Time/Yo Gabba Gabba/Regular Show has proven to be a success with both of those developmentally stunted demographics, why stop now?

Everybody singing this season's praises is saying the same thing - "it gets funny around episode 7", "wait for the GOB episodes", "there are some great moments" "it doesn't have to be wall-to-wall jokes because it's so damn clever". No. Sorry. Some of this may be true, but people are cutting this series way too much

You know what I didn't have to watch 2 or 3 times in order to see how funny they were? EVERY SHOW I'VE EVER LIKED.

The people who are singing its praises sound eerily like my born-again Christian aunt. It's not just that it's not funny - there are so many things that are just plain wrong, like turning Michael into a weirdo and cranking up the absurdity past "Mr. F" levels.

Good lord, the new AD is awful. I mean I knew all the hype would make it at least KIND of a letdown, but they could have at least bothered to make it funny.

Good lord, the new AD episodes are terrible.

You don't know who Qyburn is, and you're writing the "for experts" reviews? SMH.

Lululemon

That didn't happen.

I know they have to get paid - hence things like advertising, and clearly labeled "sponsored posts". This kind of stuff just feels sneaky.

"This week, 'Furry Vengeance 2' has got us thinking about other Brendan Frasier movies featuring anthropomorphic animals!"

Isn't it just a little weird that there's an Oblivion reference the same week it's in theaters? With so many other great examples they could have used? This seems like more stealth sponsored content - but at least it's mixed with stuff worth reading.
