I just meant in terms of being in constant fear of Lorne Michaels. Sure, there's more pressure to make the show good, which should be self-generated, but he can probably relax when it comes to his job security.

I don't really understand why anyone would want this job. Especially if you're already the head writer on SNL. Which, as bad as SNL can be nowadays, has still got to be a better job than morning talk show host.
