The answer I was looking for…was "money". Money (in addition to love) makes the world go round. And this is why Esterhas is successful.

So you think the gay panic humor in this movie is in the mind of the beholder? Hm, that sounded confrontational…I'm just asking. The humorous prison mouth-rape scene at the beginning of "Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay" really put me off the rest of it, and was pretty much the opposite of what I expected

@avclub-14e4cee178d88fb9aa346dbcc11f2873:disqus I'm sure he did, at least once, though he didn't have the famous problem with it that Mr. Dreyfuss did. C'mon, everyone did coke at least once!

Your description of her "voice" perfectly describes what kills me about her "diction". Because parrots form words with their throats! That's what Winona sounds like, because she doesn't use her lips at ALL when she forms words!!!

I forgot about that…

1. Richard Dreyfuss was adorable in "American Graffiti", but most people (or more, anyway) are adorable when they're under 25 - I think it must be a biological/evolutionary thing

Which is weird, because I recently saw "American Graffiti" for the first time and was like - oh yeah, he was pretty good-looking. What happened? Is it just the hair loss? Or is it that the red hair/fair skin just ages that badly?

So, you think even Adolph Hitler should be able to "get some", do you? Reprehensible!
