I'M FREE

I think the fact that I interpreted that music sting specifically as a Glee music sting proves that I have a problem.

Two more hours of Glee and I'm free forever.

…so I take it that Harmon episode commentary on Fridays isn't actually a thing, then?

And for some reason I can watch The Walking Dead without feeling squeamish at all. I don't understand my brain.

I like iZombie a lot, but I don't think I'm going to be able to watch the show without being mildly squeamish through every episode. Thus is life.

I think it's pretty emblematic of how Repilot set up a different season 5 than the one we ended up getting. I'm sure they intended to get to it later and never ended up doing it over all the other concepts they prioritized (which I'm glad Harmon later admitted was a mistake in season 5's general pacing).

I get the feeling that it'll probably get there eventually, but I'm surprised that Bob's Burgers hasn't really seemed to be showing any major fatigue 5 seasons in. They haven't really even changed up the show's formula at all, aside from fleshing out a good roster of supporting characters, but I'm surprised that the

Random nitpick, but I think the other reviewer forgot that Shirley and Andre split up between seasons 4 and 5 (which, granted, could be easy to forget given that she only talked about it in Repilot and basically had no focus on her for the rest of the season). Kinda undermines the point that Shirley represented a

Wait, what the actual fuck?

Yeah, that was a fairly kneejerk reaction I posted, I see that now that I've actually had time to process and think about it. But holy shit, watching it for the first time, the back half of that episode might be one of the most compelling bits of TV I've ever seen.

The Flash might have just put out the best TV episode of 2015? Maybe?

One thing that's gonna take a lot of getting used to is just how different the show looks now. This is definitely a bigger change in the show's look than there's been between any other seasons, and I'm really not sure if it's the lighting or the camera angles or a combination of both. The sort of slightly-shaky-cam

The Dean's plot was definitely my favorite part of the season so far. I appreciated that they showed some restraint and really minimized what could've been a full-episode concept in the past.

Random question for those who have caught an episode - did they add Brewster and David to the dreamcatcher, or does that just have the 6 veterans on it now?

I read that as Starburns and thought that it was the plot of one of the new episodes.

3am is actually my most hated time for things to go up online (looking at you, Netflix), even though I know that yes, I can watch it the next day at any time. It's just so tantalizing - 2am is usually doable for me even on days when I have to get up early. 3am is too late for me, but it's juuuuust early enough in the

I could be a combination of outside shots and "special" camerawork for the episode's introduction, but the show feels noticeably different cinematically. I like it.

I guess that's a good premiere time so I can watch it right when I wake up, but damn I'm gonna be behind when I wake up and everyone's watched it already.
