My St. Patrick's Day is gonna be off the chain.
My St. Patrick's Day is gonna be off the chain.
Yeah! It was fucking awesome! I don't even have other words for it, this show is so consistently amazing.
Jeez, I completely forgot that new episodes are gonna be on Tuesdays now. As if my Tuesday TV isn't packed enough.
Missing Gravity Falls' return is understandable, but how do you already forget about Better Call Saul?
I'm always afraid to stop watching shows, just in case they get good later and I don't want to have to play catch-up after the fact. Marry Me will almost certainly be cancelled and will almost certainly never actually be good, but old habits die hard with me for some reason.
I hate Marry Me
I'm actually sad to see the show go, if this is the case. It's not a stellar show, but it remains remarkably entertaining with well-developed characters and is definitely the best sitcom to have come out of NBC this decade. Granted, that's not exactly a high bar to clear, but the show always seemed to feel comfortable…
Wouldn't it be weird to suddenly bring in mutants so far into the established universe, though? I feel like a lot of backpedaling on the origins and natures of established characters might have to be done if mutants were suddenly a thing.
Hmm. This means that Black Panther will come after Infinity War p1 and Inhumans will come after Infinity War p2. I wonder if that'll change how those stories'll be told.
I could see that. I think coming off as a goof the way he did fit the established character, though.
If you're talking about the negotiation scene, I thought it was a brilliant scene that may have just laid down the tone for the entire rest of the show, and I love it. We may be looking for different things in this show, though.
The one about the pirates is always fairly reliable for me.
Yeah, it's the first thing. As other people have mentioned, literally the only thing I remember about the episode was Abed running around for some flimsy reason. If I try to remember anything about the plot that both episodes share, I can remember literally nothing prior to Jeff and Britta shushing each other in the…
Them shilling cars kinda requires them to have more scenes outside, doesn't it? I'm fine with that.
Oh crap I'm an idiot. I'll wait for it to show up online so I can see for myself, thanks though.
Was Better Call Saul advertised to be running long? I turned it off around 11 when it looked like Talking Dead was on and apparently I missed a big scene at the end, according to the several all-caps texts I've been receiving. This had better be online soon.
Someone on Reddit said that this counts down to April Fool's Day. I'm too lazy to count it out and confirm/deny that, and too lazy to think about what that could possibly imply. Have at it.
I'm only really bothered by the overt technological things, like the abundance of delivery drones and most notably the holo-phones (which seem grossly unnecessary, both from a user interface perspective and from a TV depiction perspective). I'm actually finding the future pop-culture references to be quite amusing -…
This looks like a decent trailer for a movie that has absolutely nothing to do with Fantastic Four and just happens to be about a bunch of people getting weird powers from space. As a Fantastic Four trailer, holy shit did they get the tone wrong.
I weirdly seem to be the only person who's excited about it. I was incredibly lukewarm on the idea when it first came up, but the first few episodes seem to have gotten a very good reception.
