It's very occasionally true. Look what they did for Der Kommissar.

If something is called The Hunger but doesn't have Sarandon, Bowie and Deneuve, I'm really not interested.

Here's me in the middle of a month of planned exercise (working up to like half marathon daily) and cutting down on what I eat just to get back to my pre-university weight. Which is what this guy is now.

Actually, it makes sense in a perverse kind of way. If he becomes VP, that means he goes further away from Indiana.

On the other hand, maybe that's exactly the right way to do it, the number of movies we're inferring they've seen. It means they've quite possibly avoided wasting their time on a whole slew of absolute stinkers (of which there are many that this thread is providing the names of. Oh, so many).

It can be two things!

Isn't that what the drugs were for?

Now ask him to explain what the whole business with the dog in Dune was, especially why Patrick Stewart was leading a gun-toting charge with said dog in the other hand.

I'm going to take a brief moment to remember the video stores of the 1980s and one film that used to frequently be seen on the shelves which I only recently learned was made in Sweden but to look like an American action picture was:

Oh great, now you've made me break the first rule by talking about it. I guess that means we have to go fight in the arena now.

You know where we are and what we do right? It's like our who raison d'etre here and everything …

I bet without looking that it's that scene from "The Running Man".

Now why would they do that when there's a perfectly acceptable copy of Breaking Bad in Spanish?

Well, at least there's still Univision.

He's a much better actor than people think!

These situations are complicated. Sometimes, you can't (and shouldn't) separate the art from the artist (and no, I'm not trying to be a weasel and parallel this situation with what's at this link - just giving an example of when you shouldn't, not saying this is one).

That's absolutely appalling and it definitely happens all the time. You may well have heard of this case;

He's doing that well enough on his own with his current public statements.

And being the 'World of Echo', you unfortunately get to hear it all way more than once, too.

I'm speaking more generally. It's not unusual to see an article in the Gawker Media Network appear there first and then here ours to days later. People more or less seem to be thinking the same things as me (and more) as to why (available resources etc).
