I'm psyched, 'cause it's the Chan and Lady Vengeance has some great women's roles/hyper-violence in it, but naming the mean uncle Charlie, just like in Shadow of a Doubt, just seems so lazy.

The Plateau is so perfectly paced and riffs on the Philip K. Dick influences while still having this poignant, sad hook to this guy evolving past his humanity.  It's so neatly self-contained while still reflecting on the show's bigger themes.

Why not set something less formal up in the area where it's playing so you can walk by the theater and try to gauge his interest in the strange and sad flick on your way to the mexican restaurant/Frisbee Golf semi-finals/blood drive at the children's museum?

I always thought if they made a live-action COWBOY BEBOP movie she could be a pretty great Faye and it wouldn't be too far off from her going nuts in GEISHA.
