Hugh Dillon has got quite the film/TV career going now, and still put out a reunion album with The Headstones, so he's doing OK.

The Headstones!!

I can't believe that nobody has mentioned that the prison guard, Francis Becker, is played by Hugh Fuckin' Dillion!?!?!  If you don't know who he is, check out "Hard Core Logo" or his old band, The Headstones.

A buddy moved to Regina and commented (at the time) that the entire city had only two Starbucks.  I replied, "Shit, Southgate has two Starbucks!".   This is only funny if you know Edmonton.

You know what we say when someone leaves Edmonton for Vancouver?  "Hey Van, here comes another asshole. You're welcome!"

A friend grabbed a copy of Le Couperet with english subtitles from somewhere and burned it for me.  It follows the novel very closely and is probably one of the best Westlake-based films I've seen.  So it is out there, but not sure how my buddy found it.
