No idea how to spell it, but I sure would like to taste one! If we're talking spelling, it's 'faze' and not 'phase' in the 2nd paragraph. Margaret, you need a better spellchecker.

Explains what? How he's so mean now? I had friends who were huge and perfectly nice, but when they lost a ton of weight, turned into total bitches! Does that happen a lot?

Did they really not say anything about Singapore?

Did they really not say anything about Singapore?

Desmond would never have said that. Why? Because that show was indeed so lame that no one, not a soul, would've remembered it was ever on TV at all.

Todd, I've never thought of you as someone who gets 'illicit' and 'elicit' confused!

"Although it could be that the other side’s Broyles isn’t really Broyles at all, but a shape-shifter made to look like Broyles"

Re: Laura Harris " …most of the advance reviews of the film refer to “helicopter-pilot mom Carolyn Adair.”"
FWIW, her character on Dead Like Me was named Daisy Adair.

"I'm actually really surprised at how good Analeigh Tipton has been in this role."

I came to this series late, it feels like Joel and Julia don't get featured all that much. What examples of their "noxious combination of self-righteousness and privileged entitlement" have I missed?

I can't sit through one more scene of Adam and Crosby arguing in the studio in plain sight of their client either. You'd think they'd have learned their lesson from last week! Well, Adam, anyway. I'm just waiting for The Luncheonette to go under, and have the shit really, really hit the fan.

"But say it does come out 6 months later. So what?"

What are Singapore noodles? Do you mean the ones with the little crispy fried lardons that accompany yellow stringy noodles with mushrooms and meatballs? Gotta love that crunchy pork fat! The only ghee I know comes with roti prata, heavenly fluffy pancakes perfect for dipping into curries. Singapore sure is food

Don't be naive, "that only happens on TV" or "The only way that would've come out" are statements just begging to be disproved because of the use of the word "only." No, that stuff does happen in real life, and that stuff does come out—however rarely.
