The music that plays as Gus approaches the nursing hom in "Face/Off" is absolutely incredible.  I didn't really notice it the first time, as I was too busy shitting my pants and yelling.  I'd definitely recommend rewatching that scene and paying attention to the score, it's fantastic.

He really was great.  That fight scene was super intense.
