I'm not sure what you mean by YMMV.

GTA choice was spot on
I really liked GTA 3 for its newness. I played Vice City and loved it. I played Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories, and then San Andreas. San Andreas does get bogged down in itself, tries too much, and I eventually put it down for a year before using cheat codes to slog as quickly as I

"C'est la vie"
"Yo se la vi tambien"

captainfreddy, I'm not saying you're wrong, but I was a decent player of this, tried to be stealthy on all of them, and only managed one. It's hard to kill them with stealth.

magnus, up the wexford! :) supermacs and wexford hurling, what more do you need in life.

Here's my two cents:

Supermacs in Ireland is better, simply because they have a wider selection and everyone can get what they want.

stay thirsty, you go to the cinema with jet li?!?

I think it's fair to try and make users uncomfortable. We demand this in film; no gratuitous violence. I think it's fair for a game to go the same path. I'll maybe get this game when the price drops. It's not really my genre; I prefer a stealthy sniper type game, like Fallout 3 or Oblivion. I even try to play GTA

Interesting
Not really my cup of tea, but the airport innovation seems interesting.

Fair play, English Bill. In Fallout 3, as I preferred to do in Oblivion, I built a stealthy character good with distance weapons. So I did a lot of what you are planning to do. I used Lincoln's rifle without the VATS for most shots. VATS came in useful really only when I stumbled unawares into a room full of

Rciton - I got to level 11 in Fallout before I realised the VATS existed. I was very pissed off and very proud of myself at the same time.

Bets a speedy mare.

Parted over hair?

The only time I remember shouting out loud playing a game was during Oblivion, right at the beginning when I was in the caves below the cell. I was told to do something (cast a spell?) to see in the dark, and there was a zombie bearing down right in my face.

bn - Manhunt 2 is much spookier than the 1st one, if you've not given it a go. I'm very much looking forward to the 3rd one on PS3. Great series.

Give over, he was a star. Nevermind what he did in the years before, he performed as well as writing on The Frost Report. The others wrote there, and they all met there. So the audience knew his face, not the others.

Cleese was a star before Python. The only one of the lot who was.

Though, I do think that at moments, that was Horsefellow's closest to using a string of the queen's English. May it never happen again.

As did I, bear.
