I can't believe i'm defending this shows logic… but he does say in his first episode why he remembers the other world. The curse is to take away everyone happiness so his curse is to remember the past world and have his daughter live right next door with no memory of him to torture him.

You could see some Christmas decorations in the Mac's house when Veronica stopped by to tell her the results of her search, so I always wondered if this was supposed to have happened like a few days after Christmas or if it was a mix up of the order

a friend told me that sometimes they have to take shows down for a few weeks because of legal reasons but then they will post them again. I hope that is true and V.Mars will be posted in a couple weeks again, because I don't think I could watch it on the WB

@Sin Nombre I've only bought one Pinata but when we got it was empty. There is a spot on it that opens for you to fill it. I assumed he just opened that spot and got the drugs out. As far as the car, I haven't completely figured that one out cause I think it could have gone a few ways.

I agree that I don't think he planned the con way in advance, he saw an opportunity and he took it, but I do think that he knew he would eventually do something like this so he was prepared.

I've also heard that Ryan was only cast for one episode but they really liked him so they brought him back for more.

Nigel made a comment somewhere that we would see him this season, so my guess is he will at least makes a guest spot if not be one of the all stars.

I wasn't sure I would like it when Lucas and Peyton left but they found a way to add at least one new character that I liked enough to continue to watch.
