The Crimson Pact anthology. It's a collaborative fiction (shared universe) that is giving a lot of first-time writers a chance to dip their feet in the pool. There's some really good stuff in there. I'm on the 2nd volume. Think there are 4 or 5 out. Get it from Amazon, it's ebook only.
