I could name at least a dozen regular commenters here that would type that out without a hint of sarcasm.

The first two Tomb Raider games were pretty much the only games I've ever played on a PC and were mind blowing experiences back in the day. I'm tempted to pick them up on the cheap on the ipad but I can only imagine the controls are uh, a little tricky, at best.

Exclusive-wise have you played Sunset Overdrive, Dead Rising 3, and/or (yes) Ryse? They can all be had for a song now and I enjoyed all thee a lot. I like neither Halo nor Uncharted all that much so I have no established dog in the fight but I've been pleasantly surprised by Xbox's exclusives.

I had heard tales of the aging drug before doing my Oz watch so I was surprised that it was pretty much over and done with in one episode.

AV Club needs more deep cuts like this.

The trivial thing that always bothered me was when the guy's eyeball popped out on the field of play. I've never once heard of, let alone seen such thing happening.

Is there any information on the underground tunnels on there? As in do they cover the entire acreage of the park including canyons and tall rock formations? Not trying to be flippant, but that's a big one (of many) for me.

I'd sacrifice it at the altar for a second season of Vinyl (yes, I know) which I thought had stars aligning for a fun season 2.

Numbers Nerd Corner:
I really question that 11.7 million viewer figure. If the Go/Now/On Demand/DVR number is a multiplier of the Sunday night premiere viewership, Game of Thrones and True Detective were pulling in a million more viewers for their Sunday Season 1 night premieres

I like how he was one of the very small handful of leftovers from the first one as if the producers thought "the kids can't get enough of this Jonathan Pryce!"

First one's a guilty pleasure - Sienna Miller cosplaying as Baroness goes a looong way.

I feel like I got sold a bill of goods too. I was expecting something a little more pragmatic and grounded (as grounded as a futuristic theme park shows can be). This mystery box full of ill-defined characters and motivations isn't really what I expect from the HBO house brand. I think even The Leftovers got the

Theresa's (whose character name I just now learned to write this) seemed to be a victim of the months long production hiatus the show went on. That character wasn't much to write home about. Nothing lost there.

Well, smarmy and low-effort seems to be the order of the day at pop culture websites (and sites like Deadspin) these days. Look no further than the AV Club compared to a few years ago. But yeah, most Grantland articles had a weighty feel to them (and even something you might want to reference at a later date)

Finally. Calling it cable access level quality-bad would be an insult to cable access shows. Just a disaster all around. Poorly conceived and just a generally awkward experiences to watch. After the Thrones should be next on the chopping block.

If you played Iron Man and Ant Man side by side, I'm pretty sure each plot beat would sync up 1:1. But yeah, some guy on here got glib with me too for pointing that out once.

Run this feature more often, AV Club. Yeah, you run the danger of people just listing seasons in order in the comments over and over but there's some good stuff to be mined here.

I love the vibe of Schrader movies. I consider them Art but at the same time, they're always Relatable to some degree and Working Class, as well. He's been making the interview rounds on podcasts and I recommend his interview with Bret Easton Ellis.

I think Disney-esque tunnels are the implication but what a logistical nightmare. The park seems to encompass dozens of square miles and what if one of the more important hosts is killed in the middle of the desert. To say nothing of the topography with mountains and canyons all over the place.

That's boring?
