Oh, I never said it wasn't dumb.
Oh, I never said it wasn't dumb.
I started watching Big Love which I had put off for years. I'm really liking it. The casting is really good from top to bottom with special notice given to Jeanne Tripplehorn as the first wife and Harry Dean Stanton as a menacing cult leader. The only thing that's affecting my viewing is that I was aware that Bill…
Don't bury the lede. I'm guessing you saw Bogus Journey for the first time. What did you make of it? There's been a reappraisal the past few years where people rank it above the original, but I think that's wrong.
Robert Patrick! Yeah, the show hit another gear in Season 2. In terms of balance between "normal family stuff" and Mob intrigue, it struck a perfect balance that year.
Anyone else watching Ray Donovan? This season has been 2 for 2 with good episodes with the change in showrunner. Katie Holmes as a braces-wearing, Aston Martin-driving, crooked sports agent who is the daughter of Ian McShane would be in thinkpieces all over the usual websites if they didn't ignore the show due to…
Well, with Mad Men and Community both ending, her schedule should be pretty free.
Um, I'm guessing you didn't see this one (and why should you) because that's almost exactly what happens barring Arnold's customer review.
The first 45 minutes that took place in the original Terminator timeline was fun. After that though….ouch.
Giant bug pit or GTFO. In fact, make a whole spinoff about the ecology of that pit.
Epix has a distribution deal with Netflix. If something premieres on Epix, it will be on Netflix almost immediately as well.
Here's how I tell the difference:
BD Wong - Underemployed
BJ Novak - Overemployed
Dodgson was brave, man. All he took to the island was two incompetent lackeys and a Jeep Wrangler.
My view of lawyers was shaped by Donald Gennaro so bear with me.
I agree that not enough was made of the theme park setting which just means there's more material to mine. I just loved that visual of the T-Rex vs. I-Rex fight taking place in front of those lit up hotels in the distance.
I think lawyers would love there to be a park where carnivorous dinosaurs exists. Think of all those lawsuits waiting to happen.
It would be a bad idea to ditch the theme park aspect again (even though it would be incredibly hard to justify the park staying open after the last movie's ending). The Lost World and JP3 sorely missed that.
Pixels! In theaters now!
Its hard for me to blame the writers because, hey, mistakes happen but they needed an editor 3 times today alone with "power cord", "Rust Chole", and no one updating that Avengers article they were apparently sitting on to have Jurassic Word overtaking its box office.
Mad Max doesn't belong with those other two. Throw in one of the seemingly interchangeable Adult Swim cartoons instead.
Yep. The one on top of the snowy mountain.
