"Everything changed with 1994’s Heavenly Creatures, a
rapturously received drama about a real-life murder case that rocked
New Zealand in the 1950s and heralded the arrival of Kate Winslet as a
major force"

The best was when he took a bite of apple he found embedded in bear shit, then barely suppressed vomiting before choking out, "it's a bit sharp."

Even the single was insufferably precious, as well as grindingly repetitive.

That's because that song is AWESOME.

The Silent League's version of "Christmastime is Here" (from A Charlie Brown Christmas) brings out the sad beauty of the original, but at the same time makes its own piece out of it. It's the only Christmas song I ever play outside of December.

Damn, some strong feelings about Mac Miller here. He's a decent MC, although his material is a bit boring. I'd  rather listen to him than Wiz Khalifa, although that's a pretty low bar because Wiz Khalifa is turrible.

If someone made a movie based on the song and had a Sufjan Stevens soundtrack, there would be a wave of suicides that would make "Gloomy Sunday" look like a Go! Team record.
