Wow AV Club, just when I'm thinking about selling back these DVDs back you remind me of how much teenaged-me wished to live in Star's Hollow.

In reference to Channing Tatum, there is a movie he's in called "She's the Man" that I continuously find hilarious because I expect to find it terrible every single time.

Cromwell's reading of "Hold up your badge so they know you're a policeman" might be my favorite moment in a film full of fantastic moments. Actually, if anyone ever did a list of movie character's Famous Last Words Dudley Smith's and Jack Vincennes' contributions would both make the cut.

When I tried to describe the movie to my parents they refused to believe it was a real movie and insisted that I dreamed the whole thing. To this day I still can't get my father to acknowledge this film's

I definitely feel that the themes and execution of Body Snatchers resonates more than the other two I mentioned. I liked that the main female lead didn't make it just because it gave the film a "no one's safe" vibe that I like in a scifi/suspense film. I think the others just stick with me more because I wasn't

Kind of a slow week on the pop culture front as the Olympics has pretty much filled my free time throughout the week.

Chicken Boo and the Prometheus and Bob parts from Kablam! are my favorite repeated one-joke sketches from 90s children's tv. A very specific but important category.

Surf Ninjas. Leslie Nelson as a half man-half malfunctioning robot, a teenaged Rob Schneider, and Tone Loc. Complete with the always quotable line "Don't make me beat you with a leg of mine that doesn't work anymore! 'Cause I'll do it!"
