I like Dany because she has this intriguing mix between compassionate (taking a stand against slavery, treating her people well) and steely cruelty. And because, since she's a Targaryen, you never know if she's just a badass, or a little crazy and blood-thirsty, too. I think it's interesting to have this small,

One of the saddest things in Book 3 for me was that Tyrion never managed to successfully get through to Sansa, even though he was clearly trying. I never wanted them to bang or anything, but they both could've used a friend in King's Landing, and it would've been nice to see them reach some kind of understanding. On

Loved how Margaery just kept on smiling and nodding at everyone while Cersei was not-so-subtly threatening her, right until the end. What a trooper. Also loved the little dig she got in when Cersei asked her if she knew The Rains Of Castamere: "Of course, since it's played in court ALL THE TIME *smiles and nods*" You

Hey you two, would it be okay for me to put this exchange on my Tumblr (with credit)? Because it's honestly the funniest thing I've read all weekend (granted, I was on a retreat with no internet most of the time but still).

- Maybe I'm the only one, but I honestly do not want Richard go shoot up the Artemis Club next week. I get that he's dangerous, and I get that he gets really mad when people he feels protective of get insulted/threatened, but … he's always been portrayed as a calculated assassin, a sharpshooter, someone who knows how

I think that AHS is the perfect vehicle for him. He has a taste for the lurid and visceral and ZERO regard for recognizable human emotion, which usually annoys me in his shows (I think Glee is very cynical), but is somehow exactly right for this one.

Since Yvonne Craig and the Catwomen already (deserverdly) got a lot of love in this comment section, I just wanted to point out as a straight girl that Adam West and Burt Ward wore the shit out of those tights. That is all.

I don't always enjoy his Changtics, but I find it very touching how committed Ken Jeong is to Community and how much he obviously loves it, and his character. For that alone I'm glad that he's on the show.

Ha, I phrased it like that because AFFC is the one that seems to catch most of the flack. I don't really remember huge fan outrage over ADWD, but maybe I've missed it.

Oddly, I liked AFFC better than ADWD, too. (But I read all the books last summer, so I didn't have to wait half a decade for it, that might have helped!) Yeah, the storylines took forever to go anywhere and the redundancy was obnoxious, but it's very atmospheric and really gives you a feel for the suffering of the

Nikki and Paolo certainly weren't great characters, but yeah, between SIASL and Exposé, Exposé is a much better episode. I don't know if it was always the intention to turn Nikki and Paolo into wacky pulp novel parody characters, but it totally worked for me and the episode was dark and fun, with a Twilight Zone-ish

As someone whose Batman enthusiasm as a little girl was fuelled by a  massive crush on Robin…yeah. I don't think he's as useless as a lot of people like to claim, as a character, but there's no doubt he's also epic fan-service. Worked for me.

Why is my nose bleeding?!
