The Astronaut Wife

Just saw Iron Man 3 based on this thread. You guys were right. Best movie of the three, and I liked it better than Avengers. I love how Stark had to work with broken or piecemeal Iron Men throughout most of the film!

Peepshow is a really listenable record. About half the tunes are impeccably written and produced pop songs: Peekaboo, Killing Jar, Scarecrow, Ornaments of Gold, Turn To Stone, Last Beat of My Heart.

They will sew Eric Robert's lips to his own ass?

These are all great suggestions! Here's a list from proto-shoegaze fan,  @avclub-f1cabca05a9a64dd5900cf947a6792ca:disqus :

I just started listening to early Love and Rockets a few months ago. Bauhaus and "So Alive" can't really prepare you for the brilliance of "Dog End" and the first side of Express. It really is a lot like proto-shoegaze, too.

This is a watershed moment in AVC forum history.

Louisville is downstream from Ohio, so everyday is Cleveland Steamer Day in Derby City.

I live in KY, also. @avclub-67cde20ce5041dbb7caed2480e12ab42:disqus is correct. But I will say that Louisville is slightly cooler than a lot of its midwest/southern peer-cities, such as Indianapolis, Columbus, Charlotte, Knoxville, and probably even some of the bigger ones like Atlanta and Cincinnati. I think

And Jim "Ernest P. Worrell aka 'Hey Verne!'" Varney was from Lexington, Ky, so that's kind of related, too.

I'm a big fan of Louisville, but your comment is quite humorous.

@avclub-3db41011acc2d229176bf6a92202728d:disqus Hmmm… we need some kind of a forum to discuss such things.

There's gotta be at least a handful of really interesting tidbits…

Seems like Naked Lunch had a bunch of that too, @avclub-173af0430bc192b8a027af7cdba82cd7:disqus .

I thought it was in her throat. What movie is this?

I think it is clear at this point that—in whatever role he's given—Hugo Weaving does a pretty convincing job of mimicking human speech.

Can you exposit on this tit idea?

About 30 seconds of exposition would've helped a great deal during Upstream Color.

You mean… they think we are in a Matrix? Or are they just using this as a catchphrase ("I see you've chosen the blue pill, bro!"). I would like to hear more.

Gray's Anatomy is still producing new episodes in 2013? Illusion… or witchcraft?
