Kind of late to discuss, but as a Victoria literature nerd, can't help but wonder if Fellowes is/will borrow from Wilkie Collin's the Law and the Lady (ttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki… for the whole Anna/Bates ceaseless plotline.
