I still think that's a little specious. There are plenty of moves that Charlie Cox does that aren't stunt-double worthy but would be mighty dangerous/hard for a truly blind person to pull off.

It's not just memorizing blocking, it's about hitting marks for the frame. Those are still just little bits of tape on the ground most of the time. Theater blocking can be more broad, but when you're walking into a tight frame, you best hit it exactly right.

This reminds me of the same argument against casting a sighted person as Daredevil. He's not just some average blind guy.

The whole point of the story is for the audience to sincerely question which is true, ultimately arriving at the conclusion that some people believe the fantastical because it's a more pleasant story (i.e. God) and some must believe what is most logical (i.e. No God).
