Blood on The Moon has to be one of the most underrated westerns ever made. The Set-Up is perhaps, my favorite boxing movie. Tough call.

That's a wonderful movie. Some do not consider it a horror film but like you mentioned, it contains a horror of a different sort and no less frightening(perhaps more so!) than the supernatural kind!
It's nice to be able to mention such filmmakers since they seem to rarely get such love anymore. I'm just glad to see so many wonderful films being mentioned here.
In fairness, it was a stroke of luck that the demon was as effective as it was.
Don't forget The Haunting, too!
Cat People was Jacques Tourneaur, Lewton's greatest director. He also made I Walked With A Zombie(1943) and The Leopard Man(1943.) Though, I think his masterpiece was reserved for a decade later when he made, Night Of The Demon(1958,) the best adaptation of any M.R. James story and my pick for the best horror film of…
I think it contains all of those elements. The Val Lewton horror films always contained several layers of depth and decay. They were among the first, directly, "psychological horrors." That is not to say that earlier horror films weren't cerebral in anyway, I'd beg to differ, but nearly all of the ones produced under…
That was good.
Oh, they're wrong….DEAD wrong.
Steven Ogg is fun because he always reminded me of a baddie from the much missed show, Justified. He has that humor and quasi-likability that keeps him interesting.
They are BORING villains. The one that encountered Enid was identical to every other one we had seen since last season. They talk the same, use the same kind of language and attitude. Maybe that's the point with the whole (We are Negan) nonsense but it just becomes repetitive. I mean, do these people have any…
It was a pure plot contrivance and this show is in love with such things.
Why resort to using words like that? I would never call anyone that.
I never said anything defending anything racist or hateful. That was your choosing. I dislike politics because it brings out the worst in people and that's all I see today. What was questionable? That people on the right and left say stupid things?
Politics ruined this site.
Great.

Arlen Specter was part of one of the funniest political commercials of all time. It was that time he said, "My change in party will enable me to be RE-elECTed." The way he said it was absolutely hilarious and I still look it up from time to time.
There is very little I can add that hasn't been said already.
This is the guy who you could say invented rock and roll. This is the first guitar hero. This is the first riff master(even is said riff may have been more or less recycled a half a dozen times, it was still a solid riff.) His energy and music defined an entire musical genre and one that would help define a good half…
