Yeah, but the early reviews aren't really helping that. This is exactly the sort of movie that makes me wish the original lot of reviewers were still here. I got to comfortable with them, and they're about the only reviewers right now I can read and gauge my own likely reaction accordingly.

Good thing there's the Criterion sale in July coming up then.

Has anyone else had the AV Club + Flash freeze up on them lately? Always seems to happen in Chrome. I'm not sure if it's the ads or something else.

Man, glad you brought up that camera sweep. I can always feel when a camera is moving in an illogical way, and it takes me right out of the scene. It might be because of my own understanding of film that I'm not used to the "newness" of it still, but damn do I hate it.

I really, really, REALLY want Man of Steel to be good. I don't know why. I'm increasingly worried it won't be though. I think part of it is that both Superman and Zach Snyder are entities I want to be impressed by and want to see succeed.
