Now I'm just going to choose to believe that HipsterDBag is a never aging soul, wandering the earth for all eternity trying to double down on those hoes all while searching for love.

"I usually don't give things away, but yeah. That’s a big ol’ fake dick on Mark Wahlberg, but we like it."

He said he wouldn't tell. That it's either really good acting or really bad singing, but he won't give it away.

Nah, it's supposed to be both. He says as much in the commentary.

I love all his commentary in this movie.

Good news for you then since he's leaving.

@avclub-500e75a036dc2d7d2fec5da1b71d36cc:disqus  I didn't see this until now, but @avclub-5c7646b1d39fc0715f330479e4e5f254:disqus  has it right. It's no walls so it's supposed to promote working together/productivity AND prevent you from doing shit.

I've been wondering/hoping you'd come in here. I don't think I've seen anything on here yet that would actually get the NOT OPTIONAL from you.

I don't own any. I feel like such a slacker. Need to get around to at least getting the Gamera ones.

I miss Horsefellow.

Yeah, it's actually not that bad. Neat!

It's not really the specific dinosaur that matters. It's just using it awesomely, you jackalopes.

Adapting a book that is at once a record and beautiful critique of the Jazz age without any goddamn jazz in it already puts this movie in "Missing the fucking point" for me.

What'd you think? I love Twin Peaks but it seemed way more "there are plotholes, don't think about it!"

My most recent favorite is his review for The Tree of Life. Beautiful review written by someone who's already come to terms with his own mortality.

Nah, I was underwhelmed too and wrote a little more what I thought of it above. I think we feel pretty similar.

What else could they do on this case though? Dad's dead, and I doubt Hannibal will copycat again. I figured it would just be Will's reaction to the scene at the house that gets explored (what with the CGI animal still around).

Was it scanning? I thought it was supposed to be a clock arm swinging back and forth. It made me want to play Chrono Trigger.

I don't necessarily agree or disagree (I think inference can be just as horrifying as witnessing the action), but I tried to clarify my issues above.

I think it's just too upfront about it. The psychological horror I think works best is a slow burn. It establishes a believable world where something is just off which is what Todd's review made it seem like this would be the case. The actual show, however, was almost aggressive with its LOOK AT HOW WEIRD THIS IS!
