I just found out recently that Moore was only two years younger than my grandfather, which sort of blows my mind since my grandfather was a white haired old man when A View to a Kill came out.

Any movie that has Christopher Walken as the villain and Grace Jones as the heavy can't be all bad. But there isn't one single memorable set piece in the whole thing.

Well, Cool Spot was obviously the good guy. Noid was the villain. Cool Spot was trying to stop Noid because he was, I dunno, trying steal all the pizzas. It ended with Noid hanging off a cliff which was actually the back of the front passenger seat. Cool Spot took pity on Noid and saved his life and they became

Could be worse. Mine was View to a Kill. Though View has my personal favorite title song, whereas Die Another Day has probably the worst.

I used to have a Cool Spot bendy figure and a Noid figure, from Dominos. Once on a really long car trip, I made them fight each other.

I hate jump scares as much as the next person, but a movie about a shape shifting, teleporting clown who terrorizes a bunch of kids is bound to be full of them. Unless you just want the whole movie to be from Pennywise's perspective, where we watch him crouching behind something waiting for the kids to come along so

When I saw the Dawn of the Dead remake, they played the trailer for Soul Plane three times in a row. Halfway into the third showing, I was pretty much convinced I'd died and gone to hell.

That was the one where Dave Thomas was Boris, wasn't it? I tried watching about 20 minutes of it, and turned it off it was so bad. Did Rocky and/or Bullwinkle ever make an appearance in that one?

My god. They said it couldn't be done, but you did it. You made a Losin' It reference!!

I also prefer The Monkees to The Beatles.

For me it boils down to:

WILLOW,

I hope they take a petty swipe at film critics they don't like and name a bunch of villains after them.

I can't understand why Turner Classic Movies hasn't asked them to be guest programmers by now.

Isn't Mr.Garrison gay? I was only a casual South Park fan during the first few seasons, so I'm no expert.

I just wanted to get a Nash Bridges reference in.

True, but there were a few scenes that would have befitted from toning down that score a little. Also, I suffer from some mild anxiety problems, so seeing this particular movie in that particular format probably wasn't the best idea. I felt like I was going to have to leave the theater a few times.

I just got back from an early showing. It was good, but a tad too bombastic (I saw it in IMAX, so it sounded like someone was setting off bombs right next to me). The whole movie seems to be nothing but escalation, without any real tension relief. And I'm pretty sure Han Zimmer's score plays non-stop throughout the

You forgot Bridges of Madison County, Bridge to Terabithia and Nash Bridges.

I'm going to go ahead and throw in Catch 22. I love it, but I'm one of the few.
