It's a combination of these cases probably. The girl tweeting out the names in violation of a gag order and possibly facing charges is probably from the case linked and then the Anonymous stuff is connected to the Steubenville, OH trial.

The case reminded me of this, unfortunately. 
I know many TGW cases are ripped from the headlines, but this one was
in the local news, and probably kept me from completely enjoying the episode.

I know!  I don't want Diane and Will to end or Will and Alicia to start or Peter and Alicia to end or… This episode left me with a case of anxiety.  So much possibility for change.  I want it all, I want none of it.  It could be the best of times, it might be the worst of times.
