Ulster v Leicester Tigers threatened to turn into a good match, but never quite delivered, I'm a bit torn as a Tigers fan between being pleased with a bonus point after our last couple of visits to Ulster and being disappointed with not getting a victory that was there for the taking if we'd upped our game a little

Will Graham in series one of Hannibal is the most recent example that springs to mind, the films never really showed the toll that his 'gift' takes on him but the TV show nailed it.

My Scouse friends are bitterly disappointed this isn't a biopic of a 1980s moustachio-ed Welsh striker…

You don't ever see them, but said overalls do get a mention in the film.

Do it - I saw him while he was touring the UK and it was great fun.  It might be inauthentic and he might not have the best voice in the world but he puts on a great show and has assembled a superb band.

I found The Worlds End a bit disappointing - it was alright, but after Spaced, Shaun and Hot Fuzz alright is a let-down.

Have you ever been to a game at Worcester Unicyclistperiscopes?  A great venue to go to an away game, largely because the bars at the stadium have two-pint glasses which make me feel like Merry and Pippin drinking pints in the Prancing Pony…

"I DON'T CARE IF HE'S BEEN ROGERING THE DUKE OF YORK WITH A PRIZE WINNING LEEK!  HE SHOT MY PIGEON!"

And that his father was the inventor of the googly.

Not only is it real but it's some of the most beautiful coastline in England, well worth a visit, especially Durdle Door/Lulworth Cove.

The case for Denmark - they gave us Mads Mikkelson (and Peter Schmeichel, but that's just me).

"Do you remember Sybil, when we were first manacled together?  We used to laugh quite a lot."

I was very sad to hear Basil tell Polly that they had abandoned the topless afternoon teas, that's for sure…

"Just remember Mr Fawlty, there's always someone worse off than you."

"You can see the sea, it's over there, between the land and the sky"

Four pints of Stella
Is too much for a week night
I don't feel so good

And possibly Baines too.  Will be fascinated to see how Moyes copes with the step up, you only have to look at the send-off he got to see what a good job he did at Everton but it's going to be a different world at Old Trafford.

I'm a bit biased as a Tigers fan, but what a magnificent couple of games this weekend - I was giggling like a schoolboy when Tom Croft shifted into overdrive for his try, I've got such a man-crush on that guy…

For the sake of completeness for fans of 'In Your Liverpool Slums':

One of the supermarkets over here has been doing half-price Bollinger for the last couple of weeks, it has truly been the best of times…
