I find there there is plenty of "big indie labels" content on Spotify. In fact, Matador and Merge are among the most prominent catalogs on the service. There are still plenty of holes, but not as far as they are concerned.
Nothing wrong with that in the slightest. Yes, the refrain is silly, but the rest of the lyrics are fairly typical of Moz during his Smiths period.
Flagged for underrating gorgonzola.
Great venue to see a Bad Seeds gig.
I thought it was "Kew-per".
You're a master.
Nothing wrong with DARE. FASCINATION, however……not so good.
Not just Stevie Ray. Bowie's a notoriously cheap guy, who always underpaid his band members.
I'd rather watch GRIZZ & HERZ.
That won't happen. Went to digital and VOD first; no way it makes its way onto anywhere near 3000 screens.
Holy shit - I saw that same tour, same bill in New Haven. It was 1986, to be certain.
I too am old (old enough to have seen the Smiths twice!), and the last time I saw Johnny was when he was playing with The The on the Mind Bomb tour. A bunch of kids were standing at the edge of the stage, waving bouquets of gladiolas at him.
Let's not forget THE MARRIAGE OF MARIA BRAUN, and THE AMERICAN FRIEND. Otherwise, right there with you.
The Tragically Hip never goes over well in the US of A.
Maybe it's because I've only seen him on the television, but Chris Brown looks like a li'l guy. Maybe that's why he's always picking fights and being a bully.
He was quite good in WHAT'S EATING GILBERT GRAPE.
Same problem. My bank even called to make sure this wasn't a fraudulent charge. If they don't get me my link, I'm gonna have to contest it when the bill comes…..grrrr….
@neurozach - Our Fuddruckers became a Blockbuster. Which has been closed for about 5 years now. Weird!
