Wilson is not so much a prick as a performance artist.

I'd have to try really, really, really hard.
Harmon explained on the DVD commentaries how they don't do jump-cuts and they don't do mockumentary style and how proud he is of that. Community is much more fly on the wall style, which is harder to write for, apparently.
"why is Pierce even at college?" He's trying to stay young and relevant. I can't remember the exact line the Dean has in the pilot, but it's something about remaining young before circling the drain of eternity.
I'd lay a bet there's some more love triangle stuff. They've been toying with it repeatedly.
@DCPP Yeah, I think he's a year or so older than Troy, but they've never specified anything. He lives in the dorms and his Dad pays for classes (most of the time), so he can't be that much older than that… right?
"Britta wants to be an activist but doesn't even know basic knowledge of world affairs. "
@Blaffair
Maybe I am reading too much into it, but the Shirley bit at least took some time to plan. He's been out to get her for a while at least. Everything else could've been pulled together quickly.
Data dump time! Show, Season, Primary Reviewer, Grades, GPA
Ok, I'll bite. Working on a grades spreadsheet, including Community, Parks & Rec, 30 Rock, Breaking Bad, and Mad Men. Any other candidates for "way too many A's"?
I don't think he was a real cop (hence the zip-cuffs), but like a school security guard. And Andy's honesty is endearing, but it gets him in trouble occasionally.
Piling on, but as good as Lowe is in this, no one tops Ron Fucking Swanson.
A great subplot doesn't have to tie into the A (and C) storylines, but thematically if it has a connection, that's what earns the A.
Perfect Couples = Community review time.
Outsourced = Archer time.
I thought it was Mose at first, but I wondered why he was so small. Now I get it.
Jim's talking head after that line was awesome. "Did not care for the script, or the character, really."
As far as I understand, the lead time is about a month, give or take a week or two (but probably take). Sunny's version aired 11/11/2010, so it reasonably could've been an influence.
Literary
I don't really watch this show, but my roommate does, so I catch it without really paying attention, but is it usually that literary in it's references?
2nd time through, I realized a couple interesting timeline issues: if Pierce has just passed out and woken up in the hospital, this has got to be the day after that Valentine's night from last week's episode. Which implies Abed was planning his documentary for some time, or that Pavel and Garrett are always available.
