I'll be sad when Jerry retires.
If Tom ever grows up and gets over his ex-wife, then she'll definitely be back.
Gabe was far too aggressive about stopping the caption contest. He's always been a little concern about company image, but he's been such a non-confrontational guy for most of the series (like the whole Pam as Office Manager bit) that it's weird for him to simultaneously stand up to everyone.
LOST has become a go-to reference for everything lately. 30 Rock dropped the Charles Widmore line last week.
Honestly, a whole talking-head "ethics of filming" with a random cameraman would've been funnier than the B-story.
Erin has quickly become the best part of this show.
When did he start saying it? Troy uses it a lot in Epidemiology, though if he picked it up from Jeff, it's yet another case of him patterning himself after Jeff (role model/wannabe style).
Do us all a favor and just play the Community episode on in the background constantly? I think they track multiple-viewings.
Fuck and yes. I need to watch this again with this viewing in mind.
Someone's streets behind, Lloyd dropped some knowledge on last week's episode about Annie's backstory.
The most telling bit is the DVD commentaries, but not Chase being a dick or anything, but the one moment of sincerity when he compliments Alison Brie and talks about her going on to big things, and everyone else on the commentary is kinda quiet for a few beats like they're stunned.
I think everyone gives random people awful nicknames among their friends. The horrifying thing would be finding out your own nickname, and in fact, that's the catalyst for this episode.
Community was better than P&R this week, but that's only 1/3. I have feeling that episode quality vs. number of comments is probably pretty linear. People want to talk more about things they love, not that they hate. Look at the number of comments on AI reviews.
Desperately pleading to everyone that you "please give me some wood! I'll trade anything! Even two of anything!" is always the highlight of settlers games.
I laughed despite not really getting it at first either. Not having an iPhone, I am unfamiliar with the suck of AT&T.
Pierce is definitely acting this way because of his loneliness and sense of exclusion, yeah, and maybe a heart attack scare (the upcoming hospital episode) and confronting his own mortality thing might be a bottom point, and the start of a little bit of redemption.
@Kara Thrace
Between that and I Kissed A Girl, they're really trying for that Katy Perry contract.
The Chang craziness factor was the most redeeming part of the episode.
