NBC did promote it though
There were lots of commercials for it, it's just that when people saw it they were like "Why is Paul Reiser mumbling on my TV again?" and probably thought it was some meta-commercial or something.

Mira Sorvino was excellent in "Barcelona," but that's about all I can think of at the moment. How she ever won an Oscar though is beyond me.

Another Woman is definitely the better picture. Perhaps I just like September because Roger Ebert's review of it is so great.
