The quote is based on closed captioning, as well as on my hearing. Not Hulu, though; I'm watching from Sweden.

I guess my problem is Glenn saying: "Something tells me you're not here because you like New Pittsburgh." That line only makes sense to me if they are in fact in New Pittsburgh, and I can't explain that away with someone emphasising the wrong words.

That piece of dialogue is actually quite confusing, partially due to some strange emphasis in the line readings: one second it seems to indicate New Pittsburgh as the shows setting, the other it indicates we're somewhere else entirely:

He definitely said Somalian.

The holographic lawyer was a nice touch. I especially liked that you can apparently just shut them off once they become unbearable.

I actually really liked the cold open for this one. I didn't know what the hell was going on but it really got me interested in the episode. The rest was a letdown though. I immediately lost interest when it turned out the girls were just high as kites, got slightly more interested once the chromes turned up, just to

Yeah, that bothered me too; considering everything else she's done, lying about Thea's parentage doesn't seem that big of a deal. To make sense of it somewhat, I choose to believe that a big part of Oliver's anger stems from Moira trying to emotionally
blackmail Felicity into silence.

I must say: Gina Carano was a pretty good fit to play a badass killer robot. I'm surprised she wasn't mentioned in the review.

She's looked weird all season. She seems to have starved herself in between seasons; last year her face was much more rounded. I had this idea she's gone all method on us: as a result of grief and substance abuse, Laurel's lost a lot of weight. It seems unlikely though.

I'm surprised that this episode only got a B+. I would have thought that just the absence of Laurel would have been grounds for an A- at least. And how can I not love an episode where a short, balding Hugh Jackman gets to play a captain in the Russian mafia.

This is my interpretation of it as well: she's simply disappointed that a close friend of hers is sleeping with someone she isn't particularly fond of. I think she pretty clearly states that Oliver sleeping with Rochev is the problem, rather than Oliver sleeping with someone at all. Could the show have done a better

So what are the odds that Sarah Lance really is alive? During Ollie's and Laurel's talk outside the nightclub I had the distinct feeling that Ollie knew more about this than he was letting on, and subsequently I was half expecting Sarah to show up in one of his flashbacks.

The flashback sequences this week were mostly all-right when measured on their own terms, but when watched in the context of the episode, as I'm sure we're supposed to do, they were particularly groan inducing. To me they seemed to suggest that killing for food was what made Queen turn into a violent man with serious
