Musical Narcotic
If you run out of Valium or quaaludes and you need to mellow out, Art Garfunkle's album 'Breakaway' is actually a pretty good way to go. "Disney Girls", "Waters of March" and his cover of "I Only Have Eyes for You" are all beautiful ways to take an afternoon nap. And it has one of my favorite album

Maybe the S…
stands for Sparkle Motion. This could be about the twisted mindfuck of Sparkle Motion.

Dollhouse
Speaking of hot robot chicks…

And he was the voice of the Gorn captain. I also loved his bit part in 'Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid".

Zack, did you do any "extra credit" in Professor Flesch's class?

Maybe that's her pet name for some guy's cock.

Oo00h…
I hope AIP stands for what I think it stands for!

I hate to argue Nathan…
But I think, if you have an affinity for good dumb action movies, like me, you'll find that 'Above the Law', 'Marked for Death', 'Under Siege' and best of all 'Out for Justice' are actually quite good.

wrong song choices
I really wish that during that montage of people being told they made the wrong song choices, they told us what song choices they made. That would have actually been, you know… interesting.

Claire and Yummsh you're right, Anoop f'n rocks. If that guy doesn't make it to the top 12 there is something wrong with this show. Well, there _is_ something wrong with this show, but… he should make it.

"I got a blast of duck when I put it in my mouth."

Why was that lady upset when the guy who stole her life preserver got eaten. I think a more appropriate response would have been something like "Boo-Yeah!"

Ebert touched on this a bit, but to expand; I think the main problem with 3-D is that it shifts the audience's focus from what's happening up on the screen to what's happening in the part of the theater that has seats and popcorn and other audience members. Movies work because they draw the audience up onto the

Seems like right now it's just the two of us.

Blu Ray
I've mentioned this before in another comment section, but I really dislike the hideously ugly blue colored packaging for Blu Ray discs. I don't even have a Blu Ray player but everytime I see them on the shelf in a store I cringe. It's as if they think consumers are so dumb that we won't know it's Blu Ray

Soul Cages is good
I'll probably get hipster-douchebagged to death for saying this, but I think 'The Soul Cages' is actually a pretty solid album. It's not top to bottom great, but it has at least a few great examples of Sting's storytelling ability ('Island of Souls', 'All This Time', 'The Wild Wild Sea'). The box

Yeah, speaking of hacky comedians, a Kenny G joke? Is this 1991?

Is anyone else slightly depressed at all of the job search website ads. I mean, they've been some of the best ads of the evening (I liked the guy with the moose ass in his face), but it's like they know something about our job security that we don't know.

Try them tomorrow morning for breakfast.

As a result of my casual football fandom, I only recently found out that Mike Tomlin went to the same school I went to (at the same time). And now that I find out he plays 'In the Air Tonight' before games ('Face Value' is one of my favorite albums) he's rapidly becoming my favorite football person.
