You know what's fun? Reading that review and picturing the David Cross luddite "I only see foreign films" guy from Mr. Show.

Well thanks folks. I am going to knock off work early today and find a copy of that game somewhere.

He was good, if young, in the Dangerous Lives of Altar boys. But god, wasn't he in The Girl Next Door? That was fucking terrible.

Ho-Hi, Ho-hi, it's time to go get high
I liked the Snow White segment - the dwarves, the turtle being coerced into the soup, the … ok maybe that was it.

The rare failed firstie/secondie combo.

Word is
Dorm-room/internet Libertarian favorite Ron Paul, briefly visible in this clip, repeatedly refers to Bruno as "a queer" in the film. Classy.

If this movie works it will be the bizarro-Idiocracy. A terrible concept that is saved by the execution. The plot summary sounds like it should star Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson. I have faith, though.

You're even better than that guy. Next to you, perfection is crap!
Seriously, California ftw.

Perfect.

I must've missed the 5-6 min
When did they explain the "three months" continuity problem? Apu got lucky with Selma in the last 3 months? So was this a second affair that no one cared about as much as the first, or did he marry Manjula and have 8 babies in the last 3 months? Maybe they show all the episodes out of

Statue of Liberty
Maybe I was hallucinating after a long day, but I swear that CGI Lady Liberty was crosseyed. Anybody else think so?

I'm thinking…
The Flaming Lips (for people who haven't seen Fearless Freaks)
Smashing Pumpkins
Talking Heads
And I heartily second the motion for both Bad Religion and Mike Patton.

Dorcus Malorcus

Like Ricin sorta said, in this case, one of the guys is basically auditioning to be the other guy's best man. Hence the series of dates, which, I'm guessing, are just vehicles for unrelated gags and what could be some ok improv.

possibility. dammit.

Certainly that's the most likely possible, but it just seems a little too obvious. I think they're laying the groundwork to show us just how much Sawyer has changed over the last three years. We still don't know how he became so important to the DI.

Call me crazy, but
I think Sawyer kept Kate's name off the list. We all laughed when Jack's aptitude test reveale his proclivity for janitorial work, but to me this indicates Sawyer's influence over the records. As they not-so-subtly implied throughout the episode, Sawyer feels like part of the Dharma initiative now

His accent was all over the place in the Dubya thing from the other night as well.
