You dont understand the appeal of Rocky? Really? Do you also not understand the appeal of pizza?
PTI has always been great because of it's authenticity. The on-screen chemistry between is natural and can't be replicated by forced shows like ATH. One of my favorite passages in the book is when Kornheiser claims that they used to have PTI on TVs at the Washingron Post and people would just assume it was the two…
Also, I believe Beck has announced he plans on releasing a new album later in 2011
That EP he produced for the White Stripes a few years ago was pretty great, and not at all the Beck style of production you'd expect. He seems to have a Fincher-esque ability to properly match his production style to the subject matter, while still keeping his unique imprint on the material.
The downside of this is when you often find yourself stuck in a conversation with some dummy who is obviously just regurgitating whatever opinions the local drive-time sports talk guy has.
Before he had a podcast (and book deals, and two children) and was cranking out 2-3 columns a week, Simmons used to do a segment called "Curious Guy" or something where he'd basically e-mail back and forth with someone interesting and then edit it and throw it up online. Did at least one with Klosterman that I recall…
Also, I can't be the only one who got the sense than Bon Jovi was basically saying that he misses the days people would buy entire albums just based on the cover, rather than getting to sample the shitty Bon Jovi song and realize the entire album sure as he'll isn't worth the money
Arsenio,
My favorite part of that incident (the one that didn't end in death) was the fact that the cops actually had him on surveillance tape earlier that night at a gas station explaining loudly how drunk he was
My favorite part of the Jan scene was Michael's tape recorder having a clearly labelled "backwards" button on it
Swardson seems at his best when he's playing the weirdest outcast character in a film filled with weird outcasts (Blades of Glory, Reno 911, Benchwarmers). He should stick to that
My wife has seen and loved every crappy comedy Sandler has ever made. Even Little Nicky. Since we've been married, she dragged me to Grown-Ups and the kids one he made where wishes came true at hotels, or whatever the hell. And she loves Jennifer Aniston. Even she doesn't want to see this movie. So take that for…
Rosenberg? Y-job? She's going to do what with my yarmulke?

There's always the option of just discussing how filthy rich you are and how awesome it is
"Fear of Sleep" and "Electrictyscape" are my votes for underrated songs on that album. Fear of Sleep perfectly nails that moment in life when you're trying to party your ex-girlfriend out of your mind but your friends can't keep up with you
You have entered… The twilight bone
Baseball is the sport for people who have endless free time to pay attention for seven months and 162+ games which last over 3 hours apiece (closer to 4 if the Red Sox or Yankees are involved) and obsess over things like OBP, win shares, infield shifts and bullpen usage. So, you know, children, college students and…
How Bizzare
In Cleveland one of the local stations remixed the song as "Alomar" as a tribute to Sandy Alomar, star catcher. It was somehow actually slightly better than the original
Why don't you go pick on someone your own size? There's a bus in the parking lot
