Except for her going off to New York for art classes or impulsively quitting her job to work with Michael. Both of which Jim supported without question.

I with you on the Stanley stuff. It was ridiculous and totally out of the realm of the show, but at least I laughed at it.
Minor quibble, but Weiner resigned two years ago. Maybe you meant New Jersey governor Jim McGreevy?
You misunderstood my post (what a surprise). I love the U.K. version, but your contention that Tim and Dawn weren't a central portion of that show is misguided. While Brent and his dysfunctions occupied a more prominent role, the pairing of those two and their struggles was the counterpoint to his ridiculousness.…
Don't forget to work Gervais's balls while you're down there. Also, you should re-watch the U.K. Office Christmas special and tell me again how Tim and Dawn's relationship was peripheral to the show.
Mmmmm, so many flavors of wrong in just one post. Well done.
Of course that doesn't explain why corporate went along with to the point of allowing them to film managers meetings at headquarters.
You don't think the Jim and Pam relationship was meant to be the emotional anchor of the show? Did you watch S1-4? Or notice that their story has occupied the majority of the continuing story of this season? Who else occupied that role? Angela and Dwight? Andy and Angela? Or, god forbid, Andy and Erin? The only other…
You should drink more. It might prevent a rage-induced stroke.
There was a longer version of Pam and Clark discussing the book. After Clark's "It's porn.", Pam sheepishly says something like "She has a lot of sex. It's crazy. I haven't read it." It played a lot better than what they put in.
For dumping the Andy/Erin stuff, all I can say is thank you show runners.
Regardless if it's a patriotic song or a Christian song, I think we can all agree that it is a terrible song.
Brian: "Also, we won't really show how he has changed, but merely imply it through your overreaction."
They all sit there discussing how they could find out how much was filmed. asking Pam to go see Brian, when there is a crew and presumably the director standing there filming them! They all looked straight at them!
While that seems to be the direction they are taking, I will find it a bit disappointing if they send Jim back to sell paper in Scranton. Sure, you have to deal with BS in any job, but the idea that the two jobs are comparable is just a lazy way out.
Well, they did set up her visit earlier when her co-workers asked her to check with Brian about how much the crew had captured so they could have set up there before she left the office.
With Stanley's "We've changed so much." as he munches a pretzel a close second.
We had at least five minutes of screen time of Andrea struggling to pick up the pliers/gab with Milton/unscrew the bolts on the chair which were clearly different segments of a longer time period.
That is a grievous insult….to Perfect Strangers. They never would have made an episode this poor.
Milton would have bled out in 5 minutes with multiple stab wounds to the abdomen. Just a minor quibble compared to all the other screw ups in this crappy episode.
