I wouldn't give this episode anything better than a D. Just terrible, even with Andrea's death.

We should start a pool to pick which female character they will destroy next with bad writing.
I love the contrast between this comment and the one above it.
That is an overreaction.
@avclub-299b29bd1a150927a69e3e562b87d231:disqus Yeah, I agree they would be reluctant to fire any of the actors. My actual hope was that they use the Sabre takeover to split the office into a paper selling half, led by Michael, and a printer selling half, led by Jim.
I wasn't worried, just bemused.
Could you send your ideas to the writers before they get too far into Season 4? They could use the help.
So he followed her through the woods in his truck? And she didn't notice? Sure looked like he drove in on a road from a completely different direction.
While I can accept the overall premise, as impossible as it might be, I need the characters to act in ways that make even the smallest degree of sense. This show fails that test on a regular basis.
Is this sarcasm?
How the hell did he know where she was going to end up? How did he find her in the field? How did he know what warehouse building she went into? So many stupid questions, not a single smart answer.
I thought the chase sequence was the worst thing this show has done since Lori decided to drive to town. Huge logical gaps, stealth zombies, just one stupid thing after another.
The entire chase sequence was a ridiculous cliche-fest. Magically appearing zombies, the Governor's miraculous ability to find Andrea no matter where she is (an empty field, one of several empty buildings, outside the prison). It was stupid and forced and not a bit scary. We were betting on which bucket of bolts she…
@Cutlass12:disqus Meeting the one daughter first was funny, but meeting the entire family and having them all be stunning was hilarious. Adam Scott's reaction shot was priceless.
Unfortunately, my working brain overruled my heart.
Don't forget the other plotline, "Dwight's nephew says something dumb and is mocked by Dwight until they have a cute bonding moment." It could have gone on for years….on NBC.
Except meeting Jerry's family was funny.
I think a promise made repeatedly over years might actually be legally binding.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who couldn't stand that kid.
@avclub-ca9c267dad0305d1a6308d2a0cf1c39c:disqus I agree they missed some opportunities to freshen up the show by failing to fire people. They had a real opportunity back in S6 when Sabre took over to really shake things up, but I guess that is too much to expect from a network sitcom.
