I like that he's evil S1 Michael though. There needs to be some reason why that office is a horrible place to work and for the past 3 seasons there hasn't been one. Making Andy their tormenter gives some logic to the premise.

I would love to see any evidence that it was Pam who said no. Or is it just "bitches are always ruining our fun"?

@Whatwhatque:disqus  When did she say no? There is nothing in that talking head that suggests she was the one who said no.

@Whatwhatque:disqus So why couldn't he have talked himself out of it with her taking a neutral stance? And then later making an impulsive decision to go ahead that he realizes he should have discussed with her again? I just find the continued assumptions that Pam is this controlling bitch who is responsible for

What Andy are you seeing that was humble, nice and competent? I can't think of a less apt description of Andy than that.

I was responding to @Whatwhatque:disqus's "Well, they had discussed it and he was a pussy and just accepted her "no" without debating it at all." actually. There has been a lot of speculation on here about how Pam was solely responsible for him turning down the opportunity when there isn't any evidence that is true.

I love that from a 20 second talking head where a couple of ambiguous statements were made, it has been decided that Pam was completely responsible for him not pursuing the job.
