I like that he's evil S1 Michael though. There needs to be some reason why that office is a horrible place to work and for the past 3 seasons there hasn't been one. Making Andy their tormenter gives some logic to the premise.

There has been a lot of speculation on here about how Pam was solely responsible for him turning down the opportunity when there isn't any evidence that is true.
