Yeah, I really don't get the reviewers take on this show. I thought Ozark was great, and judging by the comments here the A.V. Club made a mistake not reviewing each episode. Hopefully they'll recitify that, with a different reviewer.

Yeah, that still doesn't track for me. She was so distrustful of cops. It took her a while to trust Holder. If she figured out that Holder's boss was the killer I don't believe she would have left a message like that with anyone at the station.

While I did find the Forbrydelsen season 3 ending to be a bit OTT and out of character, i didn't have a problem with season 2. Strange had obviously  become her partner to get more information about what others knew and to prevent the investigation from leading to himself.

Nah, you didn't miss anything. That was just a really stupid plot contrivance.

Can someone clear something up for me? Who did Bullet think the killer was when she left the message for Holder at the police station? If it was the Skinner, then why would she leave a message at the station where he might intercept it? And if it was someone else, why would Skinner  need to kill her once he realized

The whole point of 'suicide by cop' is that the person wants to die but can't bring themself to do it so they force someone else's hand. And the lakehouse seems an obvious choice for Skinner to want to die. Somewhere he maybe felt at peace, or felt he could escape to, or just a place where he could be near his kills.

LittleRedCorvette— also the body they found at the end was not Callie. That was another girl called Angie. Skinner admitted to putting Callie in the lake as they were pulling up near the lakehouse.

House Reyne was never richer than the Lannisters. They were only second richest to House Lannister.

Actually, I can do that with my eyes. Been  freaking people out with that trick since I was a kid. Guess that's why I didn't think that scene was disconcerting or very interesting. It just seemed goofy.

Aha. I see what you did thar.

Actually, i'm pretty sure they both make it to next season. Steven DeKnight teased a while back that there would be a gay couple introduced this season whose story he would expand upon next season, so I'm guessing they're it.

Glad to see Chekov's penis theory put to use in this episode.

I'd like to know what people think of the fact that there seems to be a mystery in this show (what's going on with the two timelines, is one false?, are both false?, are both real?) while outside the confines of the show's storytelling, one of the creators has already answered this question. Killen has already stated

Kyle Killen has already stated in an interview with IGN that there are no multiple universes, no 'magic', no sci-fi element to the story. One world is real and one is a dream, period. Also, he implies he's not that interested in exploring or revealing which world is real, and which is the dream. Since I read that
