How about stupid asshole? She's a stupid asshole, and that doesn't necessarily identify gender.

Although anytime someone uses "women" when they should use "female" I get extremely uncomfortable. i.e. "Women basketball players."

Ad-lyin' Stevenson.

I'd rather see a Harry Turtledove series. If they'd just licensed the How Few Remain books, we wouldn't be having this conversation, because anyone familiar with the work knows it does not flatter the South in the end.

What really bothers me is that the potential movie that DKR set up will never be made (that my brother and I spent like 5 hours coming up with after seeing DKR). In short, it involves the Penguin, the Riddler, and Robin Blake as a detective version of Batman rather than a ninja version.

It's Memento.

It's very nice to not have to front about what you like and don't like. "Oh, I used to listen to Korn and Linkin Park but now I'm too cool for that."

I always thought having 6 children would stop someone from having an aneurysm.

I always thought having 6 children would stop someone from dying of cancer.

For the record, Chester was 24 and Mike was 23 when Hybrid Theory came out.

I liked the first album and about half of the second. Re-Arranged and Don't Go Off Wandering are very good songs.

I hadn't really thought of it that way. I guess I should be extra happy when Glen Phillips (of Toad the Wet Sprocket) posts photos of whatever beautiful landscape he happens to be witnessing on his morning run while on tour. Now I'll worry when other artists I like aren't engaging with their tour cities in some way.

Even though I've never slept with Zoƫ Quinn, I'm going to recommend Depression Quest for those who can't possibly fathom what you mean by this. I think it evocatively captures the feeling of being depressed by giving you a list of actions to do, but greying some of them out if you're too depressed to do them.

A little piece of paper with a picture drawn
Floats on down the street 'til the wind is gone
And the memory now is like the picture was then
When the paper's crumpled up it can't be perfect again

So you have philiaphobia?

Either way. The important thing is, they both spray liquid when and where Trump wants them to.

What's amazing is that, carried to its logical conclusion, it means natural human morality is literally impossible, and that the only thing causing people to act moral is promises and threats.

We're working on making the planet uninhabitable! It's like nothing is good enough for you people!

The book isn't really an action-thriller, is it? I mean, very occasionally it might be, but the ultimate baddie isn't defeated by action. (I'll stop here for the sake of avoiding spoilers.)

Thanks.
