Dismemberment Plan and Wye Oak or I don't go.
If you watch the preview for next week it shows Pam pissed off and trying to hide her disfigurement under some kind of black mourning outfit complete with wide-brim hat and veil. Very her.

The Authority is either Jesus or Judas.
The doll absolutely did it. Unless it was a production design mistake, the doll was in a different spot from where it was next to the baby when Terry first put the kid down. Why else introduce the doll? The baby was already meant to be creepy on its own. The doll just draws added attention to itself. I still think…
They always say "rape is not an act of sex, it's an act of violence." This particular depiction of rape is less violent because it is actually about sex and procreation and the bodily function. They aren't going in there to abuse him physically. Rape is an act of violence for women because it will absolutely hurt them…
The lone movie I walked out of was Cold Creek Manor because it only cost $1.50 and it was both a mistake on my part as well as the film's part.
This is why I didn't feel bad for sneaking into Tree of Life after paying to see Midnight In Paris: the ten other people who walked out within the first 45 minutes made up for me not paying to see the whole thing.
The last time Newlin was seen was after Russell pulled his on-air stunt, but before Sookie went missing for a year. So there's no timeline fuck-up there.
And LivingDeadGirl — I did read it. I was asking if I had missed the doll in the first two episodes of _this_ season because someone else elsewhere was talking about it "showing up again" as though it's a big deal this season.
Steve Newlin
Anyone else catch the sly mention on the news that Fellowship of the Sun dude Steve Newlin has been "missing for six months." Turned vampire or simply setting out to re-enter the series still anti-vampire? I'm excited by that season changer.
Maybe it's the show saying they are telling a different story….
The creepy doll had me confused. Has it appeared before this season or just when they first moved in? Why was Hoyt cuddling that thing? Me thinks something will come of it since nobody in their right mind would give such a filthy object to their new baby. Since that defies reason, they're defying it to an end.
"Who the fuck is that?" was the best line of the night for me, entirely because it was said in Vampire Speed. I never get tired of Vampire Speed.
Eric doesn't drain Sookie out of hunger and because he likes what he smells because he knows about consequences: she dies. In his own way, he cares about her. So he won't do it. But he doesn't care about Claudine. Though, just freely lunching on anybody will become a problem with Bill.
How could Belko learn from the pervy janitor that Bennett was the suspect if the janitor is currently in the ICU? He first introduced the "friend at the school" as a "friend who works at the school." He used the same descriptor when he boldface lied to Mitch about Bennett taking Rosie to the Cage. That's a detail he…
So I'm late to watching this but wanted to throw it out there for all future thread readers (all two of you likely), but I, too, am apprehensive about the series' longevity. What happens after the first season? Do they have a multi-season arc in place? I don't know anything about the Danish series, but the minute they…
Read the EW review of last night's episode and there's some vague promise that this Hot Shot story gets really, really twisted next week based on that reviewer having seen next week's ep. Jason licking his own wounds would be good TV.
@Le Stache, good find! That clinches it.
