Happy to see that Peter Weller returned for the first episode since last season's "Hands" which was also the best episode of last year. This one was a lot of fun and I hope they signed him on for a few more.

I had 2 major deaths spoiled for me while watching the Wire. But that show is so great I honestly got lost watching the episodes and didn't see it coming until it happened. That's just me, though.

I prefer the old cover that they used for 20 years or so which just had the lone Jerry in his football uniform looking dejectedly at his shadow. It's a nice painting and it's more accurate to the mood of the book. He's not running from anything in this novel. He's standing his ground. It's just miserable and pointless.
